What are my assembly options?

What is my warranty?

  • All products include a manufacturer warranty. Please see the below links for specifics into your product's warranty, by manufacturer.

Is my product safe?

  • All products meet or exceed U.S. Safety Requirements.

I am missing one of the UPS boxes.

  • Each order ships together. Delivery services such as UPS and FedEx occasionally deliver 1 or more boxes before the other(s). While this is uncommon, it can happen. If you are unsure of the whereabouts of your missing box, email support@yardkid.com and we will double check the tracking for you.

I lost my product manual, where can I get a new one?

  • Most product manuals are found right on the product page for download, in the "product description" section. Please email support@yardkid.com and we'd be happy to email it to you.

I bought a product years ago, and I need a replacement part.

  • Please email support@yardkid.com or give us a call. We work directly with our manufacturers to make sure your product is always in good working order. If the product is still in warranty and the part meets requirements, the part will be sent without cost to you. If time has extended past the warranty guarantees, you will be able to purchase most replacement parts. You may also call the manufacturer directly - YardKid is an authorized dealer of all products on yardkid.com.
