  • Free Shipping includes free shipping in the Continental US. Freight items ship curbside and include a delivery appointment. JumpKing products are not eligible for shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
  • All JumpKing brand orders (JumpKing brands include: JumpKing, Bazoongi, JumpPOD, LifeStyles, Orbounder) ship within 24 hours are delivered within 1-5 days from ship out, according to the above map. You will receive tracking information when your order ships out.

Installation / Set-Up
All products are made easy-to-install.

Shipping
All orders are shipped within 2 business days, from the date the order was placed. Most shipments are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Aside from LTL, all orders are shipped without signature confirmation. If you prefer signature confirmation, please give us a call to place the order. Once an order has left the warehouse, we send your tracking number to your email address on file. Note, cancellations after this point will result in fees, per JumpKing policies. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info.

Once an order shows as “Delivered” to the shipping address, as a result of the tracking information provided through the freight company, YardKid and JumpKing are not responsible for any “non-receivable” situation. No replacement or refund will be given on “Delivered” orders.

Returns & Refunds
There is a 30-day return policy on all JumpKing products. 30 days starts from the day you receive your product. A Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with all returns. Returns to any of our offices or warehouses without an RMA# cannot be accepted, per JumpKing policy. Please request your RMA# from returns@yardkid.com. The RMA# must appear on the address label and on the outside of the box. COD parcels are not accepted.

Products eligible for return/exchange must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. Product must be in saleable condition and have all the original manuals, warranty cards, accessories and original packaging. YardKid will refund the original purchase price minus all shipping costs to and from your location, as well as a restocking fee equal to 20% of the original purchase price, per JumpKing policy. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds can only be issued to your original form of payment. You must have proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.

International Shipping + Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico
We accept orders from outside the continental United States. Some restrictions to certain countries may apply. These orders do not include free shipping. Upon purchasing the product online, you will be charged a second amount covering the shipping charges. If you have any problems with the shipping charged amount, you may cancel within 12 hours to cancel the purchase and avoid any charges. You will be refunded for both charges. Otherwise, item(s) will ship per usual process. Note, you will be responsible for applicable duties, value & additional taxes (VAT), brokerage fees or import consumption taxes upon delivery of your merchandise.

Receipt of Products & Damages
Please inspect the merchandise for any damages. All claims for damaged JumpKing brand items must be made through the carrier. If an order is refused at the time of delivery for any reason, the customer is responsible for incurred freight charges and any additional fees, per JumpKing policy.

Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. Orders are usually shipped within the first 12 hours, up to 24 hours of placing the order. If you'd like to cancel an order please do so immediately to avoid fees.
