Shipping
All orders usually ship within 24 hours, from the date the order was placed. Once an order has left the warehouse, we send your tracking number to your email address on file. Note, cancellations after this point will result in fees, per Best Ride on Car policies. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info.

Returns & Refunds
There is a 30-day return policy on all Best Ride on Products products. W0 days starts from the day you receive your product. A Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with all returns. Returns to any of our offices or warehouses without an RMA# cannot be accepted, per policy. Please request your RMA# from returns@yardkid.com. The RMA# must appear on the address label and on the outside of the box. COD parcels are not accepted.

Products eligible for return/exchange must be in new, excellent condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered and must contain all original product packaging and materials. Product must be in saleable condition and have all the original manuals, warranty cards and accessories. YardKid will refund the original purchase price minus all shipping costs to and from your location. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds can only be issued to your original form of payment.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.

Receipt of Products & Damages
Please inspect the merchandise for any damages. In the case of any damages, please contact us with 48 hours so we can give you instructions on returning the item. For small item damages or missing pieces/parts, new parts will be sent immediately, usually without a need to return the damaged pieces.

Please do not refuse the package. Refusal of the package will follow the same procedure as a returns process, per Texas Trampoline policy.

Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. Orders are usually shipped within the first 12 hours, up to 24 hours of placing the order. If you'd like to cancel an order please do so immediately to avoid fees.

If the product(s) has shipped, the customer is responsible for original shipping fees, return shipping (please see "Returns & Refunds" above) and applicable restocking fees, per manufacturer policy. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card / form of payment used when placing your order.
