- Free Shipping is included for all products, for delivery in the Continental U.S. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico or International shipping destinations, see the below brand links for the product's shipping availability. Note, these destinations do not receive free shipping. Products are not eligible for shipping to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
- Manufacturer's Warranty is included for all products, with the exception of Win Green orders. If any parts are damaged during shipping or during the warranty period due to manufacturer defect, they will be replaced and sent out via expedited shipping, free of charge. See below brand links for specific Warranty details.
- All orders include a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee, with the exception of RAVE Sports and JumpSport orders. RAVE Sports and JumpSport orders are final sale with Warranty included. If any parts are damaged during shipping or during the warranty period due to manufacturer defect, they will be replaced and sent out via expedited shipping, free of charge.

For Backyard Discovery products, most products allow you to purchase installation services through our website.
Your package will ship according to the timeline on the product's page. We will send you tracking information when your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address provided when you checked out.
Receipt of Products & Damages / Exchanges
For freight delivery items, such as large swing sets, some water trampolines and commercial bounce houses, an adult must be present to inspect and sign for goods received. Please inspect the merchandise for any damages and report any issues within 2 business days by emailing photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. We replace items if they are defective or damaged without cost to you. For some items, such as pieces or parts of a play set, you will not need to return the items. Instead, sending photos will warrant a fast and easy replacement without hassle. Please email us your photos and concerns and we will let you know which items don't need to be returned.
All products except RAVE Sports and JumpSport products include a return policy of 30 days for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Some manufacturers require a completed authorization form with the return. See product page for details into your product's requirements. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you an authorization form to complete with the correct address to send the return.
Return Shipping Fees
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees per manufacturer guidelines. We encourage shipping insurance and tracking.
Once your return is received and found to be in like-new condition, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within three days to three weeks, pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.
Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. If you'd like to cancel an order contact us via phone, email or chat immediately to avoid manufacturer fees. Most manufacturer brands charge restocking and shipping fees if the item already left the warehouse. If the product(s) has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable restocking fees. If the item has not shipped, refunds will be issued to the original credit card / form of payment used when placing your order.
