      • You will receive tracking information when your order ships out. Freight items (swing sets) include a delivery appointment.
    • Freight items (swing sets) deliver curbside. Upon ordering, you will receive a tracking number reflecting the delivery of the play set from the warehouse to the shipping facility nearest your shipping address. The above map reflects the number of transit days to the shipping facility. Upon arrival, the delivery company will call you to schedule your final delivery appointment, at your convenience. An adult must be present to accept delivery.
    • All Gorilla Playset orders include a 30-day money-back guarantee and a manufacturer's warranty.
    • Gorilla Playset products are not eligible for shipping to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico or P.O. Boxes and international shipping destinations.

    Shipping Details
    Most small accessories by Gorilla Playsets will ship via UPS; all other Gorilla Playset products are shipped ground freight by Less Than Truckload (LTL) service (swing sets, playhouses, and heavier playset add-ons). When the shipment arrives at the freight terminal near your location, you will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a delivery appointment, at your convenience. While the carrier may allow flexibility in appointment times, needs for lengthy delays in appointments may result in storage fees, at your expense.

    Curbside Delivery is where the public street meets the homeowner’s property. If an 18 wheeler cannot stop and unload at this junction, additional charges will apply. Delivery onto the homeowner’s property is not part of curbside delivery, but can be pre-paid during the delivery appointment.

    The carrier will deliver and unload as close to your property line (curbside) as is accessible by the delivery vehicle. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. The customer will be responsible for the contents after the delivery. Freight services are prepaid by YardKid (free shipping for you), and no additional charges should be presented to you at the time of delivery. However, you may request additional services of the carrier (yard delivery, garage delivery, or address change) when the carrier contacts you for a delivery appointment. These services may involve additional charges, and are not the responsibility of YardKid nor Gorilla Playsets.

    YardKid nor Gorilla Playsets are not responsible for deliveries that are misdirected due to an incorrect shipping address, including any fees incurred from misdirected deliveries. If a shipment cannot be delivered successfully as a result of invalid shipping address, or if no one is available to accept/sign for the delivery after an extended period of time, the carrier may need to return the shipment to our warehouse. If this should occur, after a reasonable attempt has been made to make these arrangements with the recipient, a refund for the purchase will be provided, minus any shipping fees incurred.

    While YardKid / Gorilla Playsets work closely with its carriers to assure timely shipment of your order, delivery times are NOT guaranteed, and various factors can impact the carrier's ability to deliver within the expected time frame. These factors include:

    • Your location in relation to the warehouse
    • The carrier's equipment
    • Holidays
    • Weather
    • Other unforeseen events that may delay shipping times

    Free delivery is good for a standard delivery (no rush deliveries), and is available ONLY in the lower 48 states. Deliveries refused, including those due to late deliveries on the carrier's behalf will be refunded minus all incurred shipping costs, which may include, but is not limited to, shipping costs to and from the respective delivery address.

    Receipt of Products & Damages
    An adult must be present upon delivery of products to inspect and sign for goods received.  Merchandise is shipped F.O.B. shipping point. It is important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. Any damages that are discovered must be notated on the bill of lading/delivery receipt that you sign. Have the driver initial any damage report and be sure to obtain a copy of this delivery document. Failure to document any transportation related damage may result in delays or even the inability for us to send you replacement parts. Recipient must note any damage on the delivery receipt and also have the driver acknowledge same.

    Customer must notify YardKid within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving a shipment with damages. IMPORTANT - DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. Refused shipments may result in additional charges. Customer must keep all packaging and damaged goods until the claim is resolved. Gorilla Playsets reserves the right to require pictures to document any damage and substantiate a claim with the motor carrier. Good documentation and digital pictures are the quickest way to get any replacement parts to you.

    As an unavoidable part of the shipping industry, sometimes packages arrive damaged or defective, or with missing parts. We guarantee you will receive all parts - correct and functioning properly. All replacement part orders are shipped standard ground delivery (regardless of the initial shipment type) unless the consignee chooses to pay for the difference in expedited shipping.

    If your item was sent via freight truck and it was signed for and accepted, the order cannot be returned unless shipping is paid both ways by the customer and the item has not been opened or used/installed. If there is damage, part error, or loss in delivery, your replacement parts will be issued.

    Installation and Set Up
    Free delivery of Gorilla Playsets products does not include free installation. All main beams are pre-drilled, pre-sanded, and pre-stained all. Included are all required hardware and detailed step-by-step instructions. All Gorilla playsets are designed for easy installation.

    Should you prefer to hire installers instead, you can find installers in your state by clicking here, or you may hire your own preferred installers. You may also choose to pay the carrier directly for additional services that might require the carrier to go onto your property (yard delivery, garage delivery, or address change). You should coordinate any additional services with the carrier when the delivery appointment is made. These services may involve additional charges, and are not the responsibility of YardKid nor Gorilla Playsets.

    Returns & Refunds
    Returns are allowed within 30 days of original ship date, without re-stocking fees, as long as items are in the original packaging, the item is unused, and the item is in resalable condition. Upon receipt of goods that Gorilla Playsets deems resalable, YardKid will credit you for the purchase price less the original outbound shipping
    costs. We will also deduct the costs involved in returning the product to our warehouse if we have to arrange the return freight. Gorilla Playsets reserves the right to deviate
    from this return policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole and absolute discretion.

    Orders returned do not receive shipping reimbursements and are charged the actual shipping costs, to and from the Gorilla Playsets warehouse. If a returned item was a "Free Shipping" item from us, then the refund for the product will be minus the actual shipping charges. *Please save a copy of all warranty, receipts, and delivery receipts for your records.

    Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if it hasn't been shipped yet. If an order has entered the shipping process and cannot be stopped, re-routed, or returned without incurring fees or charges, related fees and charges will be deducted from any credit issued.

    If the product(s) has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable restocking fees; this includes package refusals. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card / form of payment used when placing your order.

    Please be certain about the status of your order, as it is often impossible to stop a shipment that already has a tracking number placed on it. Please have a copy available of all receipts from your order, when you call so that we can locate it right away.

    Accessories by Gorilla Playsets: Shipping Lead times on Accessories range from 1-3 business days during low demand periods and about 7-10 business days during high demand periods.
