Shipping & Returns | Island Hopper
- Free Shipping includes free curbside shipping for freight items (water trampolines) and regular delivery for non-freight items (all other products) in the Continental US. Island Hopper products are not eligible for shipping to APO/FPO addresses, non-continental US addresses, nor International addresses.
- Island Hopper orders ship within 24 hours and are delivered within 1-6 days from ship out, according to the above map. You will receive tracking information when your order ships out. Freight items (large water trampolines) include a delivery appointment.
- Freight items deliver curbside. Upon ordering, you will receive a tracking number reflecting the delivery of the play set from the warehouse to the shipping facility nearest your shipping address. The above map reflects the number of transit days to the shipping facility. Upon arrival, the delivery company will call you to schedule your final delivery appointment, at your convenience. An adult must be present to accept delivery.
- All orders include a 30-day money-back guarantee. See "Returns & Refunds" below for requirements. Requirements must be followed in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days, from the date the order was placed. Most shipments are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Aside from LTL, all orders are shipped without signature confirmation. If signature confirmation is requested, additional fees may apply. When an order is shipped, we send the tracking number for that order. Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info.
Once an order shows as “Delivered” to the shipping address, as a result of the tracking information provided through the freight company, YardKid and Island Hopper are not responsible for any “nonreceivable” situation. No replacement or refund will be given on “Delivered” orders. You may opt to request a signature confirmation, as stated above for an additional fee, to avoid a “non-receivable” situation.
Receipt of Products & Damages
An adult must be present upon delivery of products to inspect and sign for goods received. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. If an order is refused at time of delivery for any reason, incurred freight charges and any additional fees may apply.

Returns & Refunds
All Island Hopper products have a 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy. Products eligible for return/exchange must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. Please contact us for return instructions. If there are damages associated, Island Hopper may require photos in order to process the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.
Cancellations / Order Refusals
Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. Orders are usually shipped within the first 12 hours, up to 24 hours of placing the order. If you'd like to cancel an order please do so immediately to avoid fees. Orders cancelled after shipment or refused at delivery will be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees, as designated by Island Hopper.
