JumpSport Shipping Map

  • Free Shipping includes free curbside shipping for freight items (JumpSport rectangular trampolines) and free regular delivery (UPS, FedEx, etc) for non-freight items (all other JumpSport trampolines) in the Continental US. For freight delivery, the delivery company will call you to set an appointment for your rectangular trampoline delivery. See below "Freight Shipping" for more info.
  • JumpSport orders ship within 24 hours and are delivered within 1-6 days from ship out, according to the above map. You will receive tracking information when your order ships out.
  • JumpSport items are not eligible for shipping to California, Missouri, APO/FPO addresses, non-continental US addresses, nor international addresses.
  • JumpSport items are final sale, with warranty. If any parts are damaged in shipping, they will be replaced and sent out via expedited shipping, free of charge. See "Damages" for more info.

Shipping
All JumpSport orders are shipped within 24 hours (1 business day), from the date the order was placed. Most shipments are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Aside from LTL, all orders are shipped without signature confirmation. When an order is shipped, we send the tracking number for that order. Once an order has shipped, cancellation cannot be permitted without fees associated. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info.

Freight Shipping
If you are buying a JumpSport rectangular trampoline, it will ship via common carrier freight because of the weight and size of the boxes. The delivery company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to accept delivery. The freight delivery service we use is “curb side,” which means the driver is not responsible for moving the boxes anywhere other than off the truck onto the curb or tree lawn. The driver will not require assistance unloading your product. When an order is shipped, we send the tracking number for that order. Once an order has shipped, cancellation cannot be permitted without fees associated. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info.

Installation / Set-Up
All products are made easy-to-install.

Damages
If a part is missing, we will send it to you right away via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (depending on the size of the part). If a part is damaged or defective, we will send a replacement and provide you with instructions on what to do next. We may request that you dispose of it, or we will arrange to have it picked up at no charge to you. Please keep all original packing materials, in case an item needs to be returned.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and/or bank as it may take processing time after the refund is deposited for your bank to post the funds to you. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@yardkid.com.

Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. Orders are usually shipped within the first 24 hours of placing the order. If you'd like to cancel an order please do so immediately to avoid fees.

If the product(s) has shipped, the customer is responsible for original shipping fees, return shipping (please see "Returns & Refunds" above) and applicable restocking fees, per JumpSport policy. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card / form of payment used when placing your order.
