  • Free Shipping includes free shipping for all deliveries in the Continental US. KidWise products are not eligible for shipping to APO/FPO addresses, non-continental US addresses, nor International addresses.
  • KidWise orders ship within 24-48 hours and are delivered within 1-6 days from ship out, according to the above map. You will receive a tracking number when your item ships out. Freight items (swing sets) include a delivery appointment.
  • Freight items (swing sets) deliver curbside. Upon ordering, you will receive a tracking number reflecting the delivery of the play set from the warehouse to the shipping facility nearest your shipping address. The above map reflects the number of transit days to the shipping facility. Upon arrival, the delivery company will call you to schedule your final delivery appointment, at your convenience. An adult must be present to accept delivery.
  • All orders include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days, from the date the order was placed. Shipments are shipped via FedEx or UPS unless they are freight items, which includes a delivery appointment. The product page will list if a delivery appointment is included, next to the shipping time. An adult must be present to accept the delivery of freight items. Please inspect the delivery any visible damages must be noted on the delivery receipt. The delivery receipt is a legal document. You must inspect the packages delivered and note any visible damages upon delivery to make them eligible for damage claims. 

All products are made easy-to-assemble. Lumber and hardware are included. Simple, illustrated instructions are also included. More than one person is recommended for swing set assembly.

Returns & Refunds
All KidWise products have a 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy. Please contact us for return instructions. If there are damages associated, KidWise may require photos in order to process the return.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused item within 30 days. Your purchase will be refunded less the actual costs of shipping. Shipping is not a refundable expense. If you have opened and used an item and are unhappy with your purchase you may call us within 7 days for a return authorization. In the case of opened or used items a 20% restocking fee will also apply. Restocking fees are necessary because opened items cannot be sold as new and have to be sold off as used goods. Please be sure of your purchase to avoid unnecessary fees.

Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. Orders are usually shipped within the first 24 hours, up to 48 hours of placing the order. If you'd like to cancel an order please do so immediately to avoid shipping fees. Orders cancelled after shipment or refused at delivery will be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees, as designated by Island Hopper.
