Shipping & Returns | RAVE Sports
- Free Shipping includes free curbside shipping via freight carrier. The delivery company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. The above map represents the earliest arrival date upon shipping, pending your scheduling of the appointment. An adult must be present to accept delivery.
- RAVE Sports orders ship within 24-72 hours and are delivered within 1-5 days from ship out, according to the above map. You will receive tracking information when your order ships out. Freight items (large water trampolines and water bouncers) include a delivery appointment.
- Freight items deliver curbside. Upon ordering, you will receive a tracking number reflecting the delivery of the play set from the warehouse to the shipping facility nearest your shipping address. The above map reflects the number of transit days to the shipping facility. Upon arrival, the delivery company will call you to schedule your final delivery appointment, at your convenience. An adult must be present to accept delivery.
- Products are not eligible for shipping to APO/FPO addresses or to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, or internationally.
- RAVE Sports products are FINAL SALE, but with warranty. Should you receive any items damaged or with missing parts, we will ship out replacements. RAVE Sports products include wonderful warranties. Please see the "Warranty" tab for more info.
All products are made easy-to-assemble.
We will send you tracking information when your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address provided when you checked out.
Receipt of Products & Damages
Please inspect the merchandise for any damages and report the damages to us within 2 business days. Please send photos to email@example.com. RAVE Sports will replace any item that arrived with damages.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged without cost to you. For some items, such as pieces or parts of a water trampoline, you will not need to return the items. Instead, sending photos will warrant a fast and easy replacement of any necessary pieces without the hassle. Please email us your photos and concerns and we will let you know which items don't need to be returned. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All RAVE Sports products are final sale per the manufacturer, except in the rare occasion of receiving a damaged item. See above.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within three days to three weeks, pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.
Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. If you'd like to cancel an order contact is via phone, email or chat immediately to avoid manufacturer fees. Most manufacturer brands charge restocking and shipping fees if the item left the warehouse. If the product(s) has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable restocking fees. If the item has not shipped, refunds will be issued to the original credit card / form of payment used when placing your order.
