Shipping & Returns | HABA
- Free Shipping is included with delivery in the Continental U.S. Products are not eligible for shipping to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or international shipping.
- Manufacturer's Warranty is included for all HABA products. If any parts are damaged due to manufacturer defect, they will be replaced and sent out via expedited shipping, free of charge.
- HABA orders include a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. See "Returns" below.
All products are made for easy, do-it-yourself assembly, and come with instructions. Should you prefer to hire installers, we gathered a list of trusted installers, found here: YardKid Installer List.
HABA products ship in 1-3 days. We will send you tracking information when your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address provided when you checked out.
Receipt of Products & Damages
Please inspect the merchandise for any shipping-related damages and report any issues within 5 business days by emailing photos to email@example.com. We replace items if they are defective or damaged without cost to you. For smaller items, such as pieces or parts of a playhouse, you may not need to return the items. Instead, sending photos will warrant a fast and easy replacement without hassle. Please email us your photos and concerns and we will let you know which items don't need to be returned.
HABA products include a return policy of 30 days for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with tags. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. We will send you an authorization form to complete with the correct address to send the return. Products returned without an authorization form cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and applicable restocking fees. We encourage shipping insurance and tracking.
Once your return is received and found to be in like-new condition, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately. Your credit card/bank may require a few days to process the credit. Please check with your credit card/bank if you have questions about their processing timeline.
Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped. If you'd like to cancel an order contact us via phone, email or chat immediately to avoid shipping and/or restocking fees. If the product has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable restocking fees. If the item has not shipped, refunds will be issued to the original credit card / form of payment used when placing your order.
