  • Free Shipping includes free shipping in the Continental US. Freight items ship curbside. SkyBound products are not eligible for shipping to APO/FPO addresses nor international shipping.
  • SkyBound orders ship within 24 hours and are delivered within 1-6 days from ship out, according to the above map. You will receive tracking information when your order ships out.

Returns & Refunds
There is a 30-day return policy on all SkyBound products. 30 days starts from the day you receive your product. A Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with all returns. Returns to any of our offices or warehouses without an RMA# cannot be accepted, per SkyBound policy. Please request your RMA# from returns@yardkid.com. The RMA# must appear on the address label and on the outside of the box. COD parcels are not accepted.

Product must be in saleable condition and have all the original manuals, warranty cards, accessories and original packaging. YardKid will refund the original purchase price minus all shipping costs to and from your location, as well as a restocking fee equal to 20% of the original purchase price, per SkyBound policy. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds can only be issued to your original form of payment. You must have proof of purchase when requesting a return.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Product that has been used, damaged or altered.
  • Promotional Items that were included with your purchase free of charge.
  • Items returned without a prior written authorization (RMA). Items returned without an RMA number will be accessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs to and from your location will be deducted from the refund amount you receive.
  • Clearance and Final Sale Items.
  • Items not purchased directly through YardKid.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, USVI, Puerto Rico and Guam
We accept orders from outside the continental United States. Some restrictions to certain locations may apply. These orders do not include free shipping. Upon purchasing the product online, you will be charged a second amount covering the shipping charges. If you have any problems with the shipping charged amount, you may cancel within 12 hours to cancel the purchase and avoid any charges. You will be refunded for both charges. Otherwise, item(s) will ship per usual process. Note, you will be responsible for applicable taxes or fees incurred upon delivery of your merchandise into your territory.

Receipt of Product and Damages
Please inspect the order to ensure it is not damaged, defective or missing any parts or accessories. DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY in order to avoid additional fees. All returns must include an authorized return #. See "Returns & Refunds" below. If you find any missing, damaged, or defective parts, please contact us via email, phone or chat within 15 days of receiving your product.  We will assist in getting a replacement or the parts you need. SkyBound will require photos of the damaged or defective products in order to process the return or request the new parts. Please note that depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we may ask you to either return the product or dispose of it. Replacement items will be sent to you at no additional cost and we will make arrangements to pick up and return the damaged or defective product at no additional cost to you. It is important that you verify that there are no missing, defective or damaged parts prior to assembly and installation of the product. YardKid and SkyBound are not responsible for damage related to installation, modification or attempting to install without all the necessary parts by you or a third party.

Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. Orders are usually shipped within the first 12 hours, up to 24 hours of placing the order. If you'd like to cancel an order please do so immediately to avoid fees. If the product(s) has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping (please see "Return Shipping" above) and applicable restocking fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card / form of payment used when placing your order. If your order is canceled prior to your package being shipped from the warehouse you will be issued a full refund. If the product(s) has shipped, you are responsible for costs associated with shipping to you as well as return shipping and a 20% restocking fee, per SkyBound policy. The refund will be processed and applied once the item has been received and inspected at the warehouse. Refunds may take 5 – 7 business days to reflect on your account after they have been processed, depending on your bank.
