Shipping
All orders usually ship within 24 hours, from the date the order was placed. Once an order has left the warehouse, we send your tracking number to your email address on file. Note, cancellations after this point will result in fees, per Best Ride on Car policies. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info.

Returns & Refunds
There is a 30-day return policy on all Best Ride on Products products. W0 days starts from the day you receive your product. A Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with all returns. Returns to any of our offices or warehouses without an RMA# cannot be accepted, per policy. Please request your RMA# from returns@yardkid.com. The RMA# must appear on the address label and on the outside of the box. COD parcels are not accepted.

Products eligible for return/exchange must be in new, excellent condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered and must contain all original product packaging and materials. Product must be in saleable condition and have all the original manuals, warranty cards and accessories. YardKid will refund the original purchase price minus all shipping costs to and from your location. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds can only be issued to your original form of payment.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.

Receipt of Products & Damages
Please inspect the merchandise for any damages. In the case of any damages, please contact us with 48 hours so we can give you instructions on returning the item. For small item damages or missing pieces/parts, new parts will be sent immediately, usually without a need to return the damaged pieces.

Please do not refuse the package. Refusal of the package will follow the same procedure as a returns process, per Texas Trampoline policy.

Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. Orders are usually shipped within the first 12 hours, up to 24 hours of placing the order. If you'd like to cancel an order please do so immediately to avoid fees.

If the product(s) has shipped, the customer is responsible for original shipping fees, return shipping (please see "Returns & Refunds" above) and applicable restocking fees, per manufacturer policy. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card / form of payment used when placing your order.

Best Ride on Cars warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship occurring under normal use for a period limited to 30 days from the date of the original purchase.

Who is covered?

This warranty only covers the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred to any other person. The product must have been assembled and maintained per the product instructions.

Warranty does not cover:

Non-Best Ride on Car product (including MP3 players).
Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use; or use of the product other than for its intended purpose.
Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance.
Products that have been modified or altered.
Normal wear and tear.
Cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear.
Any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship.

This Limited Warranty is the only express warranty made to you and is provided in lieu of any other express warranties or similar obligations (if any) created by any advertising, documentation, packaging, or other communications. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEST RIDE ON CARS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BEST RIDE ON CARS OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE PRODUCT OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF BEST RIDE ON CARS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow the limitation of implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages, therefore the above limitation of implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

When should I expect my Ride on Car?

Ride on cars usually ship within 24 hours, from the Dallas warehouse

The car does not turn on.

Check the wire connection on the battery and fuse.

The car doesn't turn only goes forward and back.

If it does not turn with the steering wheel then connect the "J" bar correctly.

You can hear the motor running but, the wheels are not turning.

Please check that the correct tire is connected to the motor. The motor wheel has a gear on it that can only be installed on the motor axle.

Car does not work with the remote? Remote is stuck.

Please check if the remote has battery.
Please make sure that the car is on RC mode (remote control mode).
Please make sure that the car is within the range of the remote.

For Q731 the car goes backwards when you select forward and vice versa.

Please interchange the motors to rectify the issue.

How do I connect the remote to the RA Bentley?

Open the seat, the open the black panel with four screws. You will see a black plastic part with a big sticker where all the wires connect. Loosen the two screws and retrieve the panel. Then press the small button on the black part. While holding it down, turn on the car and then turn on the remote.

No sound coming from the car.

Make sure that the mp3/AUX cable is disconnected
Make sure that the volume is turned ON
