Shipment
HABA products ship in 1-3 days. We will send you tracking information when your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address provided when you checked out.

Price Match
Should you find another online store that offers a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original payment. We offer this policy for 3 months from your purchase date. For further details, see our Price Match Guarantee page.

Receipt of Products & Damages
Please inspect the merchandise for any shipping-related damages and report any issues within 5 business days by emailing photos to returns@yardkid.com. We replace items if they are defective or damaged without cost to you. For smaller items, such as pieces or parts of a playhouse, you may not need to return the items. Instead, sending photos will warrant a fast and easy replacement without hassle. Please email us your photos and concerns and we will let you know which items don't need to be returned.

Returns
HABA products include a return policy of 30 days for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with tags. Please contact us at returns@yardkid.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you an authorization form to complete with the correct address to send the return. Products returned without an authorization form cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and applicable restocking fees. We encourage shipping insurance and tracking.

Refunds
Once your return is received and found to be in like-new condition, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately. Your credit card/bank may require a few days to process the credit. Please check with your credit card/bank if you have questions about their processing timeline.

Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped. If you'd like to cancel an order contact us via phone, email or chat immediately to avoid shipping and/or restocking fees. If the product has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable restocking fees. If the item has not shipped, refunds will be issued to the original credit card / form of payment used when placing your order.

Should you find another online store that offers a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original payment. We offer this policy for 3 months from your purchase date. To request your refund, email us the link to the product on our website and the link to the product on the other website.

Price Match Guarantee Limitations

• You must purchase the item from our website before we can offer a match
• Promotions such as rebates or coupons from other websites are not eligible and cannot be matched
• The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
• The competitor must be an online-only store, they may not have a retail location
• The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (e.g. eBay, Overstock, Gilt Groupe, Wayfair etc.)
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it does not include sales tax
• Excluded brands include Jumpking (includes Bazoongi, JumpPOD), Happy Jump, Texas Trampoline, PlayStar, Ride on Cars and Backyard Discovery. If you do find a lower price that meets the above criteria for one of these brands, please let us know so that we can work with the manufacturer to match the price if possible. 99% of the time we are able to Price Match all products.

All HABA products include a warranty

• HABA strives for zero defective parts in their products. HABA products are carefully checked to make sure that they leave the warehouse exactly as intended. We will send free replacements for defects in materials or workmanship. Should you receive any parts that are damaged during shipping, we will send you new parts, also with no cost to you. Please contact us within 10 days at support@yardkid.com.

• HABA products are regularly tested to assure they meet or exceed U.S. federal toy standards for as outlined by ASTM, The Consumer Product Safety Commission and other applicable governing bodies.

Is my product safe?

I am missing one of the UPS boxes.

• Each order ships together. Delivery services such as UPS and FedEx occasionally deliver 1 or more boxes before the other(s). While this is uncommon, it can happen. If you are unsure of the whereabouts of your missing box, email support@yardkid.com and we will double check the tracking for you.

I lost my product manual, where can I get a new one?

• Most product manuals are found right on the product page for download, in the "product description" section. Please email support@yardkid.com and we'd be happy to email it to you.

I bought a product years ago, and I need a replacement part.

• Please email support@yardkid.com or give us a call. We work directly with our manufacturers to make sure your product is always in good working order. If the product is still in warranty and the part meets requirements, the part will be sent without cost to you. If time has extended past the warranty guarantees, you will be able to purchase most replacement parts. You may also call the manufacturer directly - YardKid is an authorized dealer of all products on yardkid.com.
